1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Asjin Events, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Asjin Events provides wedding decoration, event planning, and related services in Nagercoil and the Kanyakumari District. The specific services, pricing, and details will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment
  • Full payment must be completed before or on the event date as agreed
  • Payment terms and methods will be specified in the service agreement
  • All prices quoted are subject to change until booking is confirmed

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing
  • Cancellation charges may apply based on the timing of cancellation
  • Refund policies will be specified in individual service agreements
  • Force majeure events may affect cancellation terms

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event details and requirements
  • Ensure venue access and necessary permissions
  • Inform us of any special requirements or restrictions
  • Make timely decisions on design and material selections

6. Our Responsibilities

  • Provide services as agreed in the service contract
  • Use quality materials and professional execution
  • Complete setup within agreed timelines
  • Handle cleanup and teardown as specified

7. Liability

While we take utmost care in our services, Asjin Events shall not be liable for:

  • Damages caused by third parties or venue conditions
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Issues arising from incorrect information provided by clients
  • Changes to venue conditions without prior notice

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and materials created by Asjin Events remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to photograph and use images of our work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

10. Modifications

Any changes to the agreed services must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional charges and availability.
